Persis Shroff Lived and worked in Perth Western Australia for 35 years mainly
focusing in the education and recruitment sector. Persis is a professional
senior level management executive with direct marketing and business development
experience.
In the last 38 years she has initiated and launched many campaigns and completed
several successful projects in the health sector. Now in India she is expanding
the operations of AICS locally and globally.
A serial entrepreneur with innovative ideas in an ever evolving economic & current
pandemic environment, who uses strategic approaches in implementing check balance
measures to mitigate risk and develop business nuances. This ensures challenges &
risks at all stages are used for the benefit of research in the relevant industries.
In 2004, he ventured into the business arena with international trade (EXIM) and
then through Australian immigration particularly with Education for international
students, investors & skilled migrants to Australia & New Zealand.
Shiju is an Australian CPA with a Masters degree in business administration, finance
and international economics. He is a practising legal consultant for Australia for
the past 16 years, also experienced in New Zealand, Canada, USA and UK immigration
programs, Member of Australian Institute of Management, Chamber of Commerce &
Economic Committees. He possesses a strong business acumen with an in-depth
understanding of the global economy, especially in FinTech, CleanTech, AgriTech and
various market dynamics during the pandemic times.
The company started with an entrepreneurial approach and today the business operates
as a conglomerate primarily in sustainability development using the latest
technologies in many countries. He has led major operations in most states of
Australia and India, connecting countries to the supply chain route in China &
Russia. The financial arm was developed in USA, Singapore and Mauritius by
connecting APEC countries with multiple utility projects and sourcing skilled
workforce.

Shiju has been instrumental in facilitating many businesses in emerging markets
while establishing a strong presence in Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, UK,
Philippines and Mauritius. Over the years his business acumen has helped AICA

and ascertaining its viability.
Under Shiju’s guidance, AICA continues to explore business opportunities within
the sustainability side of industry in various countries. His vision is to
develop and work on world-class renewable and sustainable projects in
Electricity, Agriculture, Water, Construction & Electrical Vehicle. His keen
understanding of technology through IoT capability having features of P2P, PPA,
RESCO in blockchain platform has developed, AiCash, as a digital currency. We
are developing the iOT concept with exporting technical and engineering
expertise and developing projects with partners throughout the APEC region. By
using project finance modelling and industry management, AICA aims to develop a
stronger international presence to increase the import and export co-operatives
and product and staffing resources.
